Questions

What uses credits?

Only AI design work: new apps and screens, recreating a screenshot or video, and AI edits. Copying to Figma, PNG and HTML export, visual editing, themes and sharing are always free.

What happens to unused credits?

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing month. Purchased credits last 365 days and bonus credits 90 days. Billing & Usage shows every expiry date.

What if a generation fails?

Credits are reserved when you start and returned automatically if the generation fails or you press Stop.

How do I cancel?

Billing & Usage → Cancel plan. No calls, no forms. You keep everything you paid for until the period ends, then move to Free.

How do I pay?

By card and other local methods through Dodo Payments, who handle checkout, receipts and tax. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Do you give refunds?

Duplicate charges and charges after cancelling are always refunded. Everything else is in the refund policy.

Will you train AI on my designs?

No. Your prompts and designs are used only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy.

Who owns the designs?

You do, and you can use them commercially. See the AI and content policy for the details and limits.
