Acceptable Use Policy
Don't use Outclass to
- Create or share illegal content, or content that sexualises minors.
- Harass, threaten or exploit anyone, or promote violence or hatred.
- Impersonate a person, company or brand, or build phishing, scam or fake login, payment or government screens.
- Create or spread malware, or attack other systems.
- Copy designs, logos or trademarks you don't have the right to use.
- Upload photos or personal data of other people without the right to do so.
- Create content that India's Information Technology Rules 2021 prohibit, or that is illegal where you live.
- Abuse credits or the service: create accounts to get more free credits, share accounts to avoid paying, exploit bugs, or get around limits.
- Try to extract our prompts, attack the AI models, or get around their safety rules.
- Scrape the service or use automation that puts unusual load on it.
- Resell or sublicense access to Outclass without our written permission.
What we do
We review reports and unusual activity. Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove a shared link, remove credits gained through abuse, limit AI features, or suspend or close the account. We'll tell you what we did and why unless the law prevents it. To appeal, use Billing & Usage → Appeal a decision, or write to support@outclass.design.
Report a problem
Report abuse, infringing content or a harmful shared link to support@outclass.design, or to our Grievance Officer as described on the Contact and Grievance Redressal. We act on lawful orders to remove content within the time the law sets.
